They managed to con me into amending my O2 deal, but what I didn't know was that they were actually signing me up for an outrageous contract for an Apple iPhone 14. The ruse was all set - they intended to reach out once I’d received the phone, claiming it was the wrong one and wanting me to send it back! Thankfully, I clocked onto what was happening before it went any further, and since then, they’ve gone silent on me. I noticed they used four different numbers to get in touch, which only makes it more suspicious!

Beware of the landline 020 8079 8051, it's a scam linked to a company called Ziron Limited. Their address is 98 Great North Road, London, N2 0NL. The director, Matthew Stephen Mansell, is connected to loads of other companies too - he’s got about 38 directorships on record at Companies House UK. Looks dodgy to me.
