I received a phone call supposedly from EE, ostensibly to chat about my contract. However, after they asked me a few questions, it became painfully clear they hadn’t a clue about my situation! If they were genuinely representing EE, wouldn’t you expect them to have some fundamental details about my contract at their fingertips? Seemed rather odd, to say the least!
