Warning bells! I'm receiving a barrage of pesky calls, yet there's no message left behind.

I received a curious call from someone inquiring whether I resided in social housing. I replied in the negative, and just like that, the caller - who introduced himself as John - abruptly ended the conversation. Quite the peculiar experience, really!

I got a call from 020 8058 8732, and they asked for me by name. As soon as I said who it was they just hung up. Seems like a scam to me, so I’ve blocked the number. What’s worse, right after that I had two more calls from different numbers - both looked like scams too. Avoid these!

Somebody rang up asking for a John, but there’s no one here with that name. Even after telling them they had the wrong number, they didn’t seem to get it and just hung up on me.

Picked up the phone and all I got was some weird robotic voice saying goodbye. Tried ringing back but it just cut off right away. Pretty sure it was just one of those annoying spam calls.
