Received an unexpected call today. Seems to be one of those dodgy housing repair schemes. An Indian call centre was on the line, apparently fishing for tenants who might be needing repairs done at their homes. I suspect their real agenda is to line the pockets of greedy solicitors looking to file dubious claims against the Housing Association or Local Councils. Quite a predatory setup, I must say!
