This sounds like one of those dodgy scams to me.

Got a call from some woman with an Indian accent, saying she was from a housing company and wanted to check if council tenants needed any repairs for mould or cracks. Problem is, I don't even rent from the council. Felt like it was some sort of scam, so I nicely told her to take me off their list and to stop calling me.
