Got a call out of the blue today so I figured I'd answer it just to mess around for a bit. When I said a quick, rough "hello," the lady on the other end - sounded Asian - took a moment to reply. She then started claiming they were from the government, helping council and housing association tenants dealing with mould and damp issues. I told her I wasn’t any of that and asked where they got my number from. I told her to take me off their list, she said sorry and assured me she would (nice try). Ended up blocking the number, pretty obvious it was a scam.
