These lot ring me almost every single day. I block one number, then they just call back from another one. They claim it’s about my life insurance, but when I ask which company it’s with, they say they don’t know. Most times I give a made-up address and mess about with my date of birth slightly when signing up for stuff online, and somehow these guys have that false info, so it’s clearly dodgy. Honestly, the only person who can actually do something about these dodgy calls is YOU, the one reading this. There’s info on this thread about what steps to take, but it does require some effort. If EVERYONE who gets these scam calls took the time to report them, that’s probably the only way we’ll see them getting sorted.
