Got a couple of calls to my elderly mum. I blocked the number, but also rang them back from my phone. Ended up having a tough chat with some operator who was trying to get info about my mum. Didn’t give him much to work with at all.

I got a call on my work phone from someone saying I bought something from their "catalogue" which I definitely didn’t. They also said I was going to get free prizes. I never use this number for buying stuff online. Total scam!

Avoid picking up this number! Somehow they managed to get my info and signed me up for trial subscriptions without my okay, even after I said no. When the trial finished, they charged me, and worse still, they set me up on three different ones without me agreeing. If you picked up, double check your bank and cancel anything dodgy. Just don't pick up.

Avoid picking up this number! Somehow they got hold of my info and put me onto subscription trials without my say-so, and even when I told them I didn’t want it, they went ahead. They charged me once the trial finished, and even worse, they got me signed up for three separate ones without asking. If you did happen to pick up, double check your bank for any dodgy payments and cancel anything suspicious. Just do not answer.

Someone called me saying they were sending me £70 worth of vouchers and wanted to go over the terms and conditions. They also mentioned a 28-day free trial for a Wellbeing programme that I'd need to cancel before the trial ended. If you look up Easylife voucher scam, you’ll find lots of warnings on sites like Which about people being charged for subscriptions they never agreed to. Be sure to cancel if you sign up and keep an eye on your payments. It’s not right that they can sneak you into a subscription like that.

Had a call today from someone sounding American, but couldn’t really catch what she was saying. I only picked up on something about vouchers arriving by post and trying out a trial for 28 days, with the option to cancel afterwards but still keep the vouchers. When I asked what it was about, she just went quiet. She already knew my name and address though.

I received a call yesterday, and when I picked up, the caller addressed me by name. I informed him that no one here goes by that name. The caller sounded Asian. They tried again today, but I chose not to pick up this time. I went ahead and blocked the number on my phone, yet it still managed to get through. Quite frustrating!

Likely it’s Easylife since they’re all managed by DRMG. I’m still waiting on my money back after they took payments without permission, even though I said no when their "agent" rang me. Everything links back to Easylife and previous purchases I made with them - they get the debit card info through Easylife.

It appears that since you've made a purchase from Easylife, they've obtained your information. They're affiliated with DRMG, so do keep an eye on your banking records. My partner was automatically enrolled despite our clear refusal, and now we’re in the process of trying to secure a refund of more than £130. We can only hope it comes through, but only time will reveal the outcome.

I received a call claiming to be from the Rewards Club, stating that as one of their esteemed members, I was entitled to a £50 voucher. They had my complete name and address on hand and mentioned a £65 fee for an annual membership, assuring me that I could cancel at any time. When I expressed my disinterest, the caller suddenly pretended the line was cutting out, making it difficult for me to get a word in. In the end, I decided to hang up.
