01963602092 Called again by a bloke called "Tom" from "UK Advisory Innovations Group". He says my loft insulation, which was supposedly paid for by the government, has caused damp and I can get a free survey plus a refund. When I asked where he got my info, he said he's new and I should ask his manager during the free survey. I asked for his manager's name, he just said "No!" and cut me off. Feels like a total scam to me - trying to get into your home and loft. This should definitely be looked into by the police.

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from UK Advisory ECO Insulation Group, number 01278 393314 (found this out using 1471). Sounded like a real person at first but whenever I asked a question, all I got was rustling noises and no proper answers, just kept reading from some script. He told me the free insulation from the government was faulty and causing damp (which is rubbish). When I said I’d look into whether it was a scam, he just said my house was in danger and they’d be coming round today, so I just hung up straight away.

I received a rather peculiar phone call earlier today regarding the insulation we recently put in our loft. I was a bit suspicious about the call, so I looked it up online and ended up here! They said they’d send someone to check my loft tomorrow, which seemed way too fast, and that set off alarm bells straight away! Total SCAM, Tom seriously needs to find something better to do!

Don't know what their goal was since we’ve got call blocking and the phone never even rings here! Total waste of time on their part. We just block these calls. What really puzzles me is how they figured out we needed loft insulation? Ridiculous.

I received a rather unsolicited call regarding a survey about loft insulation-my partner was quick to decline, but lo and behold, the same chap rang back a mere five minutes later. When I answered, he started going on about some government initiative, offering a free survey for insulation needs. I mean, really? I had that sorted out three years past! I mentioned that I was a builder, and just like that, he hung up. Something felt decidedly off about the whole thing.

My dad’s been getting calls from someone called Tom nearly a dozen times this past month. He keeps saying he’s ringing about some roof insulation they supposedly put in years ago. It’s obvious these calls have nothing to do with any jobs my dad actually had done, so to me, they’re just annoying and borderline harassing, especially since my dad’s an elderly bloke.

Got a right pest ringing me up five times today! Told the bloke we’re on the phone preference list and that I’d be reporting him, then made sure he knew what I really thought with a cheeky "F.O." at the end.

This number rang me earlier today, but when I answered, nobody spoke. I’ve also had quite a few calls from someone named ‘Tom’ about loft insulation on other numbers of mine, all beginning with 02080. He usually says something like ‘I’m just returning your call’. When I ask who originally tried to contact him, he just hangs up. I got really annoyed last time and told him to stop bothering me, but the calls keep coming. I’m now noting down these numbers. Seems like a scam to me, and it could be risky for anyone who’s not on their guard.

That number, 02080402524, is just some automated caller with a recorded voice. It's not a real person named Tom or anything like that.
