9 yearsThey always rush through giving their name, but then said they’d heard about some accident ID (or so they claimed). I just played along and told them I actually hurt my knee back in January getting out of my car (which actually happened!). They got really buzzed and handed me over to this supervisor bloke (Indian guy).
