I got a call from someone saying it was about loft insulation they claimed I’d had done before, based on their 'records'. When I asked what records they meant, they got all cheeky and said ‘the ones from where I work!’ I ended the call right after they were rude. Told them they shouldn’t be cold-calling me and their reply was something daft like ‘if you’re cold, just wear a coat’. Proper cheeky!
