The email they sent was from orders, so I rang Carphone Warehouse to check and they told me it was a total scam. The caller claimed to be agent ID 8003, named Annie, and tried selling me an iPhone 11 Pro Max (256 GB). The deal was supposed to be £30 a month on a 2-year contract, with unlimited calls, texts, internet and 5,000 international minutes, switching from Vodafone to O2. They mentioned colours like midnight green, black, silver, and space grey. I stupidly gave them my full info but never got the phone.
