Got a call on my phone, and when I swiped to pick up, it looked like I was the one who called this number. I ended up losing loads of credit from my pay-as-you-go balance. I rang Vodafone, and they said it was a premium number. Back in June, Vodafone promised to block all premium number calls from my phone, but I’m still getting calls from this number. They won’t refund the credit I lost, which is really frustrating.

This number has been calling me constantly. Usually, it’s just a recorded message, but today a lady answered and said I’d been in a car crash or something. When I asked where they got my phone number from and if they could take me off their list, she just hung up on me. The voice sounded like it was an older woman, if I’m honest. Sounds like a dodgy call to me. They mentioned something about a "horizon business successful test call" and then tried to redirect me somewhere. I hung up straight away because I was worried it might be a premium rate number trying to nick my money. Since the number itself isn't premium, if I do get charged, I’ll be reporting it to Ofcom for sure. It’s annoying how these scammers get hold of these numbers, maybe from BT or some other company selling London numbers to people not based here - possibly even overseas. Don’t pick up or just block the number if you can!
