Seagull Expert Guidance have rang me and my wife loads of times on different numbers, saying we've been in accidents which isn’t true at all. Once, I had my phone on speaker while driving and they called saying I’d been in an accident, which really upset my autistic son. The last time they even cursed at me and hung up when I mentioned I’m on the TPS list. Now they’re bothering my 13-year-old daughter, telling her she’s had an accident while driving!

Had a call from Seagull Expert Guidance about some accident I supposedly had, which is news to me! I ended up spending a good 10 minutes asking why on earth seagulls would need guidance anyway. Told them, “If you ask me, it sounds like the seagull shouldn’t have been behind the wheel of the other car in that accident!” Not sure if there was a bit of a language mix-up going on here.

Another call saying I’d had some sort of accident or injury, this time with a Northern accent but couldn’t quite catch the company name as they were mumbling. They ring me on both my mobile and landline about once or twice each month, and my wife and son keep getting the same on their phones too. Total pain in the neck, definitely reported them to TPS.

Oh dear, I've been bombarded with no less than 50 calls from this particular number. Each time, they claim there's a problem with my computer, which I can see right through as utter rubbish. When I told them I recognise it as a scam, their response was shockingly rude-they told me to “foxtrot Oscar”, if you catch my drift. Quite appalling, really! The 020 code suggests it’s from London, but I suspect it’s actually a far-off land, perhaps India or Nigeria? What a bother!
