Got a call from someone saying they were from "Lux & Steele," supposed experts in accident claims or whatever. The lady on the end, named Susan, sounded just like one of those robotic voice systems. I told her my name when she asked, then she wanted to check some details about me supposedly having a recent accident. I just set the phone down and didn't bother responding after that. She kept talking for a bit, then seemed to lose interest. Blocked the number since then.
