I've been getting loads of these "about your car crash" calls lately and it's driving me crazy. I barely pick up if the number isn't in my contacts anymore. Someone told me to sign up with TPS, which is free, and apparently once you're on their list, cold calling you is against the law. The moment you mention TPS, they just cut off. I heard callers can get fined if reported. TPS has definitely cut down on calls, but they haven’t really dealt with the complaints properly yet. So, I'm still waiting to see if it really works.
