On 7/6/16 I got a call from a woman who sounded Indian, called herself Julie, using number 01382686029 and claiming to be from Microsoft. She told me my PC had been hacked and needed the serial number to fix it. I said I didn’t have it to hand, so she said she’d ring back in an hour. She did call back but I didn’t pick up. Then a few mins later, I get another call from 02079461845 and it was the same lady asking if I’d got the serial number yet. That London code is different from the Dundee one she called from first. Definitely a scam to watch out for!
