I've come across some dubious characters claiming to represent O2, and it appears they're operating out of India. It’s as if that whole place has become a haven for tricksters and unscrupulous individuals. They seem to back dodgy regimes like Putin's while trying to swindle those who are most at risk. It's truly disheartening to see such behaviour becoming commonplace.
