I got a call at half past eight in the morning from a recorded message warning me about fraud on my account. Then it put me through to some guy with an Asian accent, who kept asking if I was Mr x00«xx, someone who actually moved away 15 years back. I gave him a proper earful, but I doubt it did any good.
