I received a phone call that was rather insistent from a company claiming to be Provident (FP). When we asked for a number to return their call, they gave us 08706071252, which, interestingly, doesn't seem to be a valid number at all. The lady who answered had a strong accent, which we found quite curious. It's worth noting that FP is an English company based in Hampshire, and we know for a fact they don’t have any call centres in India. The whole situation just seems a bit dodgy, doesn’t it?

I received a call on the 3rd of September, 2009 at exactly 3 PM, and it came from a number associated with my mate's Provident account: 02075706420.
