A courteous English gentleman claimed to be from Virgin Wines and mentioned they were aware I'd bought from them previously. I asked if he could send me a website link or something since I'm usually tied up, but he said they couldn't do that! I told him I wasn’t going to give out my card info without seeing things first and ended the call.

I recently had an experience with RSVP Media Reply, a call centre that’s been in operation for approximately 22 years. They've got a reputable clientele, including big names like Mercedes Benz, LG Electronics, Barclays Bank, Weightwatchers, Argus, Direct Wines, Avon, AXA, BUPA, Which Magazine, and quite a few more. After we returned their call, a lovely lady picked up promptly and kindly apologised for any inconvenience. She provided us with details about the company and reassured us that they would happily remove our number from their database. Since then, we haven’t received any further calls from them.
