Don’t share anything with them, it’s a scam. Someone hacked into my EE account and attempted to get a new SIM using my details. They pretended they needed info to cancel the old one but were actually trying to clone my number. If you get calls like this, just ring your provider straight away.

Then this number rang me up saying they were from EE, telling me there’d been some shady stuff on my account and they needed to check some info. Luckily, I’d already been in touch with EE earlier so I knew straight away this call wasn’t genuine.
