Just got a call from someone called Ali, claiming to be from O2, telling me I had an iPad arriving tomorrow. I told him no way I'd ordered anything like that and said I'd contact O2's fraud department directly. When I checked my account, there was a failed attempt to buy Disney+ and an iPad - thankfully it got blocked because I never gave any confirmation code. O2 are now investigating it as fraud and have all the details from the scammer. Watch out, don’t get caught by this trick!
