They’re really aggressive and quite rude on the phone. After looking into it, I found their details and now I’m planning to start calling and writing back to them. Their company is at Suite 6 Warrant House, High Street, Altrincham, WA14 1PZ, phone number 0161 926 1000. We only stop calls if they ring a couple of times and don’t leave a message. If the number is hidden, the phone never even rings. We’ve also got the answerphone kicking in straight away when anyone rings. At night, the phone's totally off - let’s be honest, if it’s really urgent, they’ll leave a message anyway. These scammers and time-wasters really can’t stand that. Honestly, that suits us fine, we don’t have to deal with any muppets unless we want to.

Typical spiel, saying they weren’t trying to sell me anything, but I called them out on it straight away, because obviously they were trying to push some deal - electric, gas, phone contracts or PPI claims, you name it. Got a call around 2:20pm and answered with my usual grumpy "Hello". The voice on the other end was an Indian bloke saying "Hello". I shot back, "Whatever you're selling, I'm not interested!" He then goes, "How do you know I’m selling anything?" I said, "Because every call I get is a sales pitch!" (I should’ve said, especially this time of day and with that accent). He asked, "So your number just gets sales calls then?" I go, "Yep." Then he said, "Alright, I’ll make sure to share your number with all the sales teams!" and hung up. Really cheeky! I’ve blocked the number using TalkTalk’s free blocker now. At least that’s sorted.
