This number just rang me up. I recognised it straight away since they’ve called me a few times before and it’s always spam.

I wasn’t polite and ended up getting shouted at too, so I just hung up on him.

Phoned my mum, shes 82 and has dementia, she was lucky to be sharp enough to just put the phone down. The bloke said his name was David but the accent was suspicious as anything! He tried to convince her he could sort out her private pension and said he had all her info. Honestly, what i'd like to say to him isn't suitable for here. Mum's on the TPS list but it clearly does nothing. Watch out, this was a pension related scam call.

This number keeps calling me over and over during the day and into the night. Does anyone know how I can block it for good?

This number just never quits callin me, it’s all about some gas, electric and pension stuff. Been getting calls for like over 3 months now, and even when I told them to remove me from their list, they just keep apologising and keep callin. One day, they kept callin me back to back, and I got really annoyed and told them if they rang again, I’d call the cops. Of course, they called right after that. Seriously, I just want these calls to stop now.

I got a call earlier from some lot claiming they already had my pension info but then went on to ask for all the details. When I asked them where they were ringing from, they said Manchester. I guess they assumed my southern accent meant I wasn’t from there. But as it happens, I actually live in Manchester, so hearing that alongside a London phone number on caller ID instantly made me suspicious. I didn’t give them any info and just asked why they wanted pension details if they said they already had them. Honestly, the timing of that call was spot on. I’ve been having a rubbish morning and felt a bit better letting them have it a bit - they totally deserved to get called out for being con artists. Pretty sure they won’t ring again, but if they do, I won’t hold back. Although if the person on the line spoke better English, I might not have got so annoyed.

This number has called me about half a dozen times in just 30 minutes. I’m on the TPS list, so no idea how they keep ringing. They’re really annoying, kept calling back right after I ignored the first call, non stop until I picked up and they just hung up immediately. Getting calls like this at 9pm when I’m trying to chill is just so frustrating...

No number shown. They were quick to say who they were - First Call Pensions. When I said I was on the TPS, they said it was about a call from 10 months back. I told them I’d report them for ignoring TPS. I didn't remember any such call, plus I’m already getting my pension, so there’s nothing left to talk about anyway.

Got a call from someone saying they were from First Call Pensions. Once I mentioned I’m on the TPS list, they acted like they didn’t know, but kept trying to sell their thing anyway. I warned them the call was being recorded and that I’d report them to the TPS, then I just ended the call.

I got called twice back to back and decided to pick up. This bloke even tried ringing my workplace! He said it wasn’t a sales pitch but something about pensions and a government review. He went on about making sure I’m sorted for the future, very nice but quite pushy. I told him I don’t have a pension, asked him to remove my number from their list and hung up while he was still going on. I’m really fed up with these annoying calls!

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Infinity Group, trying to talk about my private pension. They insisted on only speaking with a specific person, refusing to talk to anyone else. I told them to buzz off because they have no business calling about private pension matters like that.
