Someone rang me from 0206 690008 and asked for me but used the wrong initials. When I said it wasnt me, he claimed to be from the finance department of some company. I just ended the call right there.

This number rang me on my phone! I can’t figure how they managed to get my digits, I only ever share it with family and close mates! They told me my national insurance number might’ve been leaked or something. 0206 2701633 called me on my phone. I hardly ever share my number, so it’s annoying they found it. It was some recorded message saying there was a issue with my National Insurance and to press 1 to fix it. Of course I just hung up. They ring both my landline and mobile now, and it’s really getting on my nerves. If I do get a real person, which hardly happens, I just blow a whistle down the line for a laugh.

Wasn't quick enough to pick up, so I dialled 1471. Heard an automated voice telling me to press 1 if I needed help with an attempted hack on my line or computer. They said my phone would be disconnected in an hour otherwise. Just hung up straight away!

I got a call on my landline from someone saying there was an issue with our sky server. Thing is, we don’t use sky any more. I let him talk through the whole thing then just said, “I don’t think so,” and he immediately hung up.

Got a call once, i picked up but was sure it was a fake hmrc call. Decided to mess with them a bit. When they asked for my name, I gave a completely different one, then they just cut the call. Makes me suspicious coz they must have the real name on hand when they call. Kinda creepy trying to figure out where they find all this info. They called my mobile, so maybe facebook or something like that. Sneaky lot!

Got a call from 0296 200 0594, some bloke saying I owed customs money and if I didn’t hit 1, I’d be arrested. I just ended the call. Then about 5 minutes later, another call from 0207 200 0121 with the same story. Watch out, it’s definitely a scam!

A woman with an Indian accent claimed there was an issue with my router and asked me to let her access my computer while on the line. We continually get phone calls where the moment we pick up, the other end goes silent. It's infuriating! The number appears to be just four digits, 0206. Any idea who might be behind this? It's rather vexing, to say the least.
