I asked which firm they worked for, and surprisingly, he named the correct one. Then I told him I’d already switched providers. He got quite annoyed, saying my contract runs until 2027 and threatened to report me and the company I moved to. Totally felt like a scam - very pushy on the phone. This is the second time they've called in two days.
