I picked up just before it stopped ringing and caught a quick female voice with an Indian accent, but then they cut off straight away. It definitely sounded like a noisy call centre in the background. From what I’ve read online, this has all the signs of a scam. I’m going to report the number and keep a lookout in case they ring back. Pretty sure they’ll try again.

I got a call from a woman who sounded like she was from India or somewhere similar. When I asked her to identify herself, she just went quiet and didn’t say a thing. Definitely felt like a call centre trying to get something from me.

Just got a call sayin I’ve won 100000, but it sounds way too good to be true! Totally think it’s one of those dodgy scams trying to trick me. Wouldn’t trust it for a second.

They informed me that I've won £750 worth of Shein vouchers and received 6 complimentary lottery tickets for this Friday. Then, they requested the name of my bank to transfer my winnings. I mentioned a random bank, and they proceeded to give me the first two digits of a supposed sort code, asking me to provide the rest. I claimed I was at work and didn't have that information handy before cutting the call short. Since then, the same number has rung me three additional times today!

I picked up and said who was speaking, but as soon as I asked for their name they just cut off. No idea who that was, feels like it might be one of those scam calls.

I’ve had the misfortune of engaging with a chap who’s an utter nuisance. He has an Asian background and speaks with what seems to be a Pakistani or Indian accent. After a lengthy chat, I asked him to drop me a text, but he outright refused. When I insisted he refrain from calling me again, he rather cheekily declared he’d still ring me up. I mentioned I’d block his number, to which he responded he’d just find another one to bother me with. When I threatened to involve the authorities, he dismissed my concerns. Honestly, this sort of behaviour is just so beneath contempt!

I received a call from an Indian gentleman who said he was representing "the national pension." Clearly, it was a scam attempt.

I've been getting these annoying calls since last week. Most of the time they ring for just a second and then stop before I can pick up. But twice when I actually answered, they just hung up right away. Tried calling the number back and found out I've been blocked! The number's got a Birmingham area code. They called me a couple times this morning before 2pm, but now thanks to the 'should I answer' app, I've blocked them.

Got a call where they wanted my bank info, definitely ignoring that one.

Some woman with an accent called me from what seemed like a call centre, saying she was from the national pension office and wanted to speak to my husband. When I told her he wasn’t available, she just hung up on me straight away.
