A boisterous message popped up declaring a security alert, warning me not to power down my device and suggesting I call a certain number. Naturally, I had to switch it off! When I rebooted, thankfully, everything seemed to be back to normal. Still, it’s got me feeling quite uneasy, considering I’ve got comprehensive security measures in place.
