I can confirm that it’s indeed EON Next. Much like numerous others who've shared their experiences, I've been inundated with upwards of eight calls a day for the last week. I attempted to ring them back, but the moment I did, I was placed on hold indefinitely, unable to reach a representative. Today, I finally managed to answer since I was not at the office, just to ascertain their identity. What baffles me is their failure to leave voicemails or to follow up missed calls with a simple text or email-such a small gesture would be immensely helpful! Constantly bombarding customers with calls strikes me as rather subpar service.

Claimed to be representing Carphone Warehouse. When I inquired about how they acquired my phone number, they mentioned it was from my network provider “Boulda”... (I've been a loyal customer of 3 for over a decade). I informed him that I had no familiarity with that name, and he became quite irate, insisting I should know it as though I were some sort of fool. I maintained I’d still never come across Boulda, and pointed out that he was in violation of GDPR regulations. He terminated the call rather abruptly.

Super dodgy situation here. I picked up a call from a mobile and immediately realised it was scammers, so I hung up. But then they rang me back on my landline straight away! They were pretending to be from some blockchain team, saying I lost 5 bitcoins by clicking ads and that I was registered with the blockchain department.
