I asked them which Anthony they meant, but they were quite tight-lipped and refused to share a surname, citing something about the Data Protection Act. Quite baffling, really!

This is definitely EON Next ringing. For the last week, I’ve had like eight calls a day from them, just like loads of others here. When I tried phoning them back, I ended up stuck on hold with no luck getting through to a person. Today, since I was home from work, I picked up and confirmed it really was them. Honestly, I don’t get why they don’t bother leaving a voicemail or follow up missed calls with a quick text or email - that would make things a lot easier. Constantly ringing like that feels like pretty bad customer service to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Carphone Warehouse. When I questioned where they got my number, they mentioned some company called "Boulda"... (been with Three for years, never heard of it). Told him I didn’t know what that was, and he got a bit annoyed, like I was being daft. I kept saying I’ve never come across Boulda and told him he was breaking GDPR rules. Then he just hung up on me.

Super dodgy situation here. I picked up a call from a mobile and immediately realised it was scammers, so I hung up. But then they rang me back on my landline straight away! They were pretending to be from some blockchain team, saying I lost 5 bitcoins by clicking ads and that I was registered with the blockchain department. These lot are definitely improving in their trickery. Be careful and try not to pick up these calls at all.
