My hubby got a couple of calls from some bloke with a London accent claiming he was Mike Hawkins and said we'd won the lottery. Hubby just hung up straight away. At least it's different from the regular lot with the Indian accents trying to sell computer fixes. If the government plans to crack down on these dodgy calls, they should begin by making phone providers stop handing out these numbers.
