Sounds like one of those call centres from India. They tried to pitch a supposed better phone deal, but as soon as I mentioned I’d just got a new contract, they kept pushing, asking about my phone model and all that. I told them I wasn’t interested, but they wouldn’t take the hint. Ended up hanging up on them and blocking the number.

Some bloke from India rang saying he was with O2, telling me not to share personal details on the phone. He mentioned he'd send a couple of texts but got all confusing when I asked why. I just told him to stop messing about, ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
