Got a call late in the evening but ignored it. When I rang back, it went right to voicemail. I caught a bit about them calling themselves MK communications or something like that? It wasn’t a live person, just an automated system. Tried calling once more the next day just to see what was up but the call never fully connected, just dropped. In the end, I figured it’s best to block the number and move on.

So, I got a ring one evening and didn’t answer. When I dialled back, it went right to voicemail without a proper answer. I caught something about 'mk communications', I think? It wasn’t a live person but an automated system directing me around. Tried calling again the next day just to see, but the call dropped every time before it even fully rang. In the end, I just blocked the number and moved on.

Got a call from someone saying they were from O2 and that I could get half off my phone bill. They asked me for my account verification code after they'd sent a message, but the text clearly said not to share it with anyone, even O2 employees. So I just hung up and rang O2's fraud team, who confirmed it was a scam. Pretty obvious dodgy call.

somebody said they were from telecommunications uk??? yeah right, totally made up! i told her i've never had a phone and have no interest in getting one, but she never even batted an eye about ringing me on my mobile! obvious scam, blocked straight away.

They claimed to be from EE but that number doesn’t match any EE contact I know. Seems pretty dodgy to me. Wouldn’t trust it at all.

Got a weird call, seemed like some scam about contracts, internet stuff and texts. Told the bloke I only got an old Nokia 320x and don’t do the internet - I reckon it’s controlled by leprechauns collecting our data, waiting to take over and wipe out us tall humans. He just hung up on me proper quick after that.

Got a call that sounded like it was from a call centre, the noise in the background was pretty loud when the auto dialler finally hooked me through. They said they were from Carphone Warehouse but got all nervous when I questioned them. I ended up hanging up. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

I didn’t recognise this number so I let the call go. When I called back, some weird automated voice of a woman answered. From what I’ve seen before, 0204 numbers tend to be dodgy and often linked to scams.

Got a call saying it was o2, saying I'd get 40% off my next bill. They ran some sort of automatic code and then wanted me to share it with them. Luckily, I got a warning from o2 at the same time telling me not to give that code out to anyone, not even if they claim to be from o2. Definitely a scam, watch out!
