Called up asking for the business owner, I checked who exactly they wanted to talk to. When I inquired about the purpose of the call, they mentioned the phone system, so I offered assistance. He abruptly said I couldn’t help with that. I asked why he assumed he knew my role and pointed out how impolite that was. Then he hung up, so I blocked the number straight away.
