Got a call from them saying I was still with EON, but that’s not the case at all.

I called and asked them to confirm the name of an employee, but they said someone that isn't even with the firm and then just ended the call.

It's one of those infuriating moments when you get bombarded by ring-a-dings from call centres, isn’t it? These persistent cold callers trying to peddle energy deals for businesses can really grate on one's nerves. Quite the annoyance, I must say!
