For the last 4 days, I've been getting calls from this number every single day. Since it showed up as unknown, my phone just automatically muted it. They've never left a voicemail either.

They told me they were from Leicester City Council and were promoting IT training courses. But looking at other comments, it sounds like they just go with whatever council the company’s in.

Seems like they’re teaming up with Sheffield council aiming to train staff better. They just grab any Sheffield-based businesses, hunt down linked phone numbers, and start ringing them up. Total dodgy move if you ask me.
