Got a call saying it was Microsoft in Reading, wanting to fix hacking on my PC. Then the very next day, the same thing rang me from 02045099686. Later, a third time from a Newport number again pushing the same story. Honestly, at this rate, I’m almost expecting one from Newton-le-Willows or even Boston next. They sure don’t give up easy!

Got a call again from this #### number, some woman saying she's from Microsoft and my PC was in danger or something. Told her where to go pretty quick. Honestly, I just wish there was a way to really put these annoying scammers out of business for good.

I didn’t pick up as I didn’t know the number, and there wasn’t any voicemail. The day before, a very alike number called me (only the final digit was changed). Same thing, no message left.

Got a call from some bloke who claimed he was Harry from BT Internet. I humoured him briefly and told him we don’t actually use BT. Then he started going on about how BT manages everybody’s internet and that there was suspicious stuff happening on my computer. Had similar calls loads of times before, so I just ended the call.

Some bloke called himself Harry, said he was from BT Internet. I listened for a bit, then told him we’re not with BT anyway. He then claimed BT manages everyones internet and warned me there was fishy stuff going on with my computer. Got these kinds of calls all the time now, so I just hang up straight away.

I had a rather perplexing encounter with a lady who spoke English with a strong foreign accent. Honestly, I struggled to grasp what she was trying to convey. She rambled on about something to do with my computer, claiming she could rectify the issue. Then, she had the audacity to request remote access! Thankfully, I wasn’t gullible enough to take her up on that dubious offer.
