Watch out, it's a dodgy scam alert. They keep ringing from different numbers beginning with 0204 509 96xx. Weird thing is, the regulator we all pay for doesn’t seem to be doing much to shut these folk down.

This number has rung me a couple of times already and it showed up as spam, so I just ignored it. Think I’ll just block it from now on.

I tried ringing this number and also 02035356074, but both times they just picked up then quickly put the phone down without saying a word.

As soon as I picked up, the caller hung up without a word. I immediately tried to call the number back, but there was no response. I’m utterly fed up with these bothersome phone calls, seemingly just there to confirm if my number is in use.

I looked up info about upgrading my heating system and this number popped up trying to jump on my search. When they called, I told them I wasn’t interested in central heating and ended the call quick. After that, I just added them to my blocked list.
