Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent around 18:55 yesterday, 10th November. She wanted to speak to a female by a certain name. When I told her no one by that name lived here, she addressed me as Mr (the surname of the lady she was looking for). Once I said no one with that name lived at this address, she quickly hung up. Quite impolite and seemed like she was fishing for info. Can’t block the number right now and the TPS isn’t helping much either!

Calling them scammers doesn’t even cover it, they’re bloody annoying idiots! Thanks to my BT call blocker, they get blocked straight away and never get through to me. I usually only find out they tried when I look at my missed calls. The blocker’s a lifesaver, but sometimes I do kinda miss wasting their time for a good 15 minutes before giving them a proper telling off. If you do pick up one of these, don’t share any info or confirm anything, just tell them to sod off however you like.

A woman with a foreign accent called, asking about my late husband. She wanted to know if I shopped at Tesco or Morrisons, and when I replied "you tell me," she snapped at me for wasting her time! I suspected it was a scam straight away, so I told her my number is on the TPS register and that she'd broken the law by contacting me. After that, there was complete silence before she hung up!

I’ve just received a rather peculiar phone call from this number. The caller mentioned something about me winning a holiday-though I must say, they were rather vague about the location. Alternatively, I was informed I could claim a £50 voucher. They seemed to be ringing on behalf of either BT, Virgin Media, Sky, or TalkTalk-it was a bit muddled, really. What caught my ear was their insistence on finding out my age; it appears they didn’t want to send a prize meant for a younger person to someone over fifty or sixty! Quite the odd exchange, wouldn't you agree?

Just received a call moments ago from a young woman claiming I had won a £50 shopping voucher. She asked to confirm my address, which I did. Curious, I inquired about how I had won this voucher. Her response was vague, mentioning if I had ever shopped at places like Morrison's or Tesco. I mentioned surely I must have shopped there at some stage to qualify for a prize. Then, things turned a bit dodgy; she insisted on obtaining more personal information before sending out the voucher. I opted not to share any more details, and abruptly, she hung up! I tried returning the call, but the number was apparently unrecognised!
