Got a call from a number I didn't know, but when I answered, there was nothing but total quiet on the other end. It felt a bit creepy, not gonna lie.

Got a call on Thu 27th Jan at about 15:32 UTC from some unknown number. Could hear the typical scammy buzz and sounds in the background before they just dropped the call. Can't say who it was.

There was a big pause before the person on the line finally spoke. He said his name was Jason and that he worked for Microsoft’s tech team. He sounded like he knew exactly who he was ringin’ and kept pushing me about some dodgy activity on my PC. He was convinced I had an account with them. When I asked how he got my number and why he was calling out of the blue, he had a ready reply, even saying this was their initial call. Definitely felt like a scam and could have been risky.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, name was Linda. I kept her talking while I was busy painting a shelf. She was trying to trick me into giving her access to my laptop, but I wasn’t having any of it. At one point she asked if I was actually on my computer. I asked if she truly worked for Microsoft. She said yes and that she could even see all my instructions. I called her out as a fraud and a scammer, told her she had swiped those instructions somewhere. She got annoyed and kept insisting she was legit, but I knew better. In the end, she just hung up on me. Total scam.

Just got a call from someone claiming to be Daisy at Microsoft about my PC. She had a really thick Indian accent, which made me suspicious straight away. I told her to shove off. Honestly, these scammers are nothing but crooks, so don’t give them any respect or time.

Some bloke called "Robin Woods" rang me up, said he was from "Windows" and went on about hackers messing with my computer. Had a strong Indian accent too. After a bit of that nonsense I just ended the call.

Some bloke with an Indian accent called me, said his name was "Trevor" and that he worked for Microsoft. He went on about how my computer was sending them error alerts. I kept him chatting and followed his dumb instructions just to waste his time. Once he twigged I wasn’t falling for it, he quickly put the phone down. Honestly, don’t let any random caller convince you to mess about with your PC.

Supposedly Microsoft calling again - another annoying woman! Got a call from 0720 on a bloody Saturday morning of all times! Honestly, these pest calls should be banned by now. Surely the officials have gathered enough details to do something about it.

Got a call early Saturday morning, about 7:56, but since this number wasn’t saved on my phone, it got declined after a few rings. I’ve now blocked it for good. I don’t understand how these spam calls manage to slip through even when numbers are supposed to be TPS registered. These nuisance calls are seriously annoying, and I reckon it’s about time the authorities stepped in with some hefty penalties.

Some woman rang me up and said her name was Nora, claiming to be from Microsoft support. She said my computer was full of viruses that their servers had detected. Then she asked me to type some commands into my PC to supposedly fix it. I didn’t fall for it and just ended the call. She called again after and warned me my Microsoft account would be shut down if I didn’t cooperate. It’s pretty clear this was a total scam.

I got two calls, first a woman and then a man, both talking in Asian accents. They sounded like they were from some foreign call centre, saying they were with Microsoft. I ended the call straight away since it didn't seem right that Microsoft would reach out like that. Not sure what they were after.
