02039702212 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number โ˜Ž๏ธ 02039702212 ๐Ÿ‘† is reported as a persistent scam involving automated calls with an American-accented female voice falsely claiming to be from HMRC, threatening legal action or arrest for supposed unpaid taxes. Recipients note that real HMRC communications would typically be by letter, not urgent robo-calls, and warn against providing any personal or financial information. The recorded messages pressure recipients to call back or face court proceedings, raising suspicion. Several users have reported these calls directly to HMRCโ€™s phishing team for investigation. It is advised to disregard such robotic messages and use official channels to verify any tax concerns. Reporting suspicious calls helps combat these fraudulent activities effectively.

Got this automated call again, voice sounded like an American woman the first time. Didn’t bother with it on the second time, just deleted it. I’m quite sure if I owed HMRC anything, they’d be sending me a letter rather than calling like this.

i got this call with a super obvious pre-recorded american voice claiming they were from some kind of hm gov and telling me i'd be arrested if i didn't call right away! total rubbish, really lame try if u ask me.

just got one of those automated calls, some bloke pretending to be from HMRC, calling himself Dennis Grey, saying I better ring back or else. sounds dodgy to me. if you get these weird calls, you can actually report them straight to HMRC online. just type in “report suspicious hmrc calls, texts or emails” and it should come up. stay safe!

This definitely sounded like an official HMRC message to me, although I know they usually don’t do these random automated calls with American accents, threatening folks about vague issues. I’m not keen on stirring up any bother, so I’m planning to get a solicitor involved and won’t hesitate to pay through the nose just to call them back and hand over whatever personal or financial details they ask for. Honestly, I’d even cough up more cash if it meant keeping myself out of trouble!

Got a voicemail that supposedly came from HMRC, it was exactly the same message as the ones other people mentioned here. I’ve gone ahead and told the HMRC’s phishing department about it.

i got a call from a computer voice claiming to be hmrc, saying my reply was 'time critica'. they told me to have either me or my solicitor ring them back and warned not to ignore the call. they said if i didn’t call back, id have to “get ready to face legal consequences.” theres no way hmrc would say somethin like that themselves!

I just got a weird voicemail from this number, sounded like some sort of automated voice, not a real person. It said I need to ring back or else I'd face serious legal trouble. Bit sketchy if you ask me. ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Got a robo call saying they'd take legal steps if I didn't ring them back. Decided to ignore it. Guess they’ll see me in court then? Don’t really get why they’d bother chasing a teen through all that.

Got a call that went straight to voicemail, with some automated American lady pretending to be from HMRC saying I need to call back or there’d be legal trouble.
