Complete rip-off. They’ve called me several times already. I just drag out the call as long as possible until they finally quit and bother another poor soul. Got a call earlier from someone claiming they were sending out 50 free lottery tickets, then started chatting about a new lottery game costing 5p a line. I told him flat out it sounded like a scam, but he insisted he was just a normal bloke with a family to support. Think his name was Mike, maybe. When I said no way was I giving card info, he said he didn’t need that, just wanted me to set up a direct debit. I refused and he ended up hanging up. Blocked the number straight away.

Some bloke claiming to be from the lottery called me, saying I could get free tickets but needed to give my bank info to register. I told him I wasn’t comfortable sharing that and I’d double check before calling back. He said the deal might not be available by tomorrow so I decided to take a chance. I called this Joseph guy again and asked why they need my details now if it doesn’t even kick off until August. They talk so quickly it’s hard to keep up. No way I’m handing over my bank info.

Got a call the other day, rang back and got some recorded thing about Sky, which I've never signed up for. Then today a woman phoned me by my first name about some lottery I don't even bother with. When I told her to get lost, she said I was being rude - like seriously, calling me before my pain meds had even started working!

Got a call askin for my missus. The bloke said he was from some lottery and wanted to push 250 tickets at 5p a pop. Didn’t seem right so I just told him to jog on and ended the call. Feels like a scam to me.

This number rang me 3 times yesterday and once again this morning. I didnt pick up any of the calls but then thought I'd call back. The moment the guy said it had something to do with the lottery I cut him off and told him to stop calling me. He claimed he'd remove my number from their database (not sure how they got my details, it’s a work line after all). We'll see if that actually happens.

I ended up picking up after they called me about 6 times in 2 days. They want you to join a monthly direct debit for some huge syndicate to win the lottery, but they never actually say it’s a syndicate, just say they’re trying to get people interested in the lottery. They’re not even the official national lottery company, so why not be upfront about that if they're being honest? It sounded way too good to be true so I said no to giving my bank info. The bloke was quite nice though and didn’t get annoyed when I said no.
