02/01/24 This one was a bit different from the typical BT calls folks talk about. Some lady, Chrissy or maybe Kristy, said she was from Solar something and asked if I could hear her alright. I held the phone up to the TV because DIY SOS was on, thought maybe she’d be interested, but she vanished before the plasterers even finished their bit. Strange one!

When i answered, i sounded like an "answering machine" or something, and the caller kept getting confused whether I was a real person or just a bot. Gonna mark this one down as Harassment.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, saying I owed money on my account. I told them that couldn’t be right since I always pay by direct debit and that BT wouldn’t call about payments like this. The guy then warned me I’d get cut off if I didn’t pay. I just told him to do what they gotta do.
