We've been getting calls from some Indian call centres on our UK office number, like 12 calls in one week alone. Every time they ring, I just hang up straight away because I can't make out a single word they're saying. Seems like they’re trying to sell something, but I have no clue what it is!

I got a call from +44 20 3930 9934 about some car crash that supposedly happened. I asked them when it was, and then a totally different voice came on and said something like “you’ll be removed from our list.” Sounds very dodgy to me, probably a scam.

I received a recorded message that went something like, "Alright then, we’ll remove you from our records. Wishing you a pleasant day!" It struck me as a bit dodgy, almost as if they’re hoping you’ll ring them back for more information. Well, I had no intention of doing that; I just promptly blocked the number instead.

I received a rather dubious call from a woman with a strong Indian accent, who insisted that I had been involved in a car accident and suggested that I could claim insurance compensation. She was rather pushy, wanting my bank details for the supposed claim. The most infuriating part is that I was never part of any such incident! This seems to be yet another one of those fraudulent accident calls I've had to deal with recently - it's becoming a right nuisance!
