They called me a few times already, ive blocked them like 3 times but they keep changing the last 4 digits on their number. Just blocked the latest one too! Cant understand why they keep trying when its obvious they're just scammers.

These idiots keep ringing me nonstop, and no matter how many times I block their number, they just switch it up. Anyone got a way to block them for good? The last time, I lost it and demanded to speak to a manager, but they just carried on with the same rubbish as the scammer before. When I asked where they were based, they just cut me off.

This person kept saying I’d had a car crash in the past two years, I told him a few times to stop but he wouldn’t. Only when I got a bit louder did he finally be quiet. Then he started saying my number’s on the telephone preference service and it’s illegal to call me. He asked me how that’s true, so I told him to check it for himself and remove my number from their list.

Had a caller with an Asian accent and I didn’t really catch their name proper. After a bit they said something like Auto Research or some such. They kept saying it was about an accident I was involved in. When I told them it sounded like a scam, they got a bit huffy and hung up. Bit awkward! Could’ve made a few grand if it was legit. Sometimes when I get calls like that, I tell them the accident’s set for next week, so their dates are wrong. Usually that makes them stop bothering me, probably ‘cause they think I’m nuts or something.

she called me asking for me by name which I said yes to, then she gave her name and said the company but I didn’t quite hear the company right so I asked again, then I asked where they got my details from, she said 'insurance quotes' and just hung up on me. didn’t even get to hear anything else! proper cheeky lot for ringing me out of the blue!

Seems like they're going round calling everyone today! Told me I'd been in an accident in the last 24 months and that I was owed more than £2000. Like others, I just played along a bit, said "No way, seriously?" After he kept going on, I asked "Which car was I in then?" He replied "I don’t have those details, you should know that, mate." I finished with "That’s odd, cos I haven’t had any accidents. So if some other car hit me, surely you’d have the info anyway?" Then he just hung up. Hilarious!

They’ve been ringing me daily, and I've finally had enough. I reported them for pestering me, but they went as far as to accuse me of lying about having an accident. I got a call saying I had a speeding ticket and they wanted me to pay right away, asking for my bank details. When I asked who the ticket was for, I noticed it was just a recorded message. The next day, the same number rang about PPI. Today I got another call from a number really close to the last one. When I answered, I didn’t say anything, just stayed silent and they hung up. How are these scams still going on? Someone’s bound to fall for it eventually - this nonsense needs to be stopped in this country - absolute scumbags!!!!!!

For the past day they've been ringing me every couple of hours using three different 0203 numbers. They claimed to be from the AA, talking about an accident I supposedly had within the last 2 years (which I haven't). The bloke sounded sketchy and even got my name wrong, so there was no way I was buying it. I flat out told him to stop calling and to take my number off their list, then ended the call. Still, the calls keep coming in, same scam but from different 0203 numbers.

This number rang me earlier, but I hung up straight away. Normally I avoid answering calls from numbers I dont know. I have Truecaller installed on my phone, and it showed the caller as Motor Investigations. As soon as I saw that, I knew it was probably a scam.
