Absolutely insufferable and confrontational! They were adamant that I’d been in a car crash, only to later try and downplay it to a mere fender bender. They even tossed around various amounts of money supposedly linked to my account! Quite combative in their approach - I’d steer clear of them if I were you!

Received a call claiming I’d been involved in some sort of collision, only to be informed moments later that it was merely a minor bump. Astonishingly, I went from being the one driving to just a passenger, and somehow the vehicle shifted from being mine to not at all. It quickly escalated to threats about facing court action for supposedly hindering others from claiming compensation. Quite discourteous, if you ask me. Absolutely dreadful experience. Best to steer clear of this!

Got calls from some dodgy call centre after an ambulance chase, keep asking for my ex-husband. We split up over 12 years ago. Told them their records are way out of date and asked them to delete my info under data protection law. They reckoned my ex must’ve given my number instead of his when he had the ‘accident’! I’ve blocked the number, but in just 4 days I’ve had four calls from different London numbers all looking for him, so I’m guessing it’s all the same lot. Proper annoying!

However, he became exceedingly obnoxious, raising his voice and insisting that I wasn’t grasping that he wasn’t after my private details. I quickly suggested he reach out to my solicitor, who would clarify his role if he indeed was a legitimate claims handler. What a thoroughly unpleasant character!
