They appeared to have information about my package but insisted on addressing me by the wrong name throughout our chat. Eventually, I couldn’t take it any longer and ended the call. It felt like I was speaking to a call centre based in India.

I received a call from someone earlier, and I must admit, I found it rather amusing. In the end, I couldn’t resist and just hung up!

I had a rather unpleasant exchange today with someone who clearly doesn’t reside at my address. I requested that they remove my number from their records, but to my dismay, she flatly refused and began to prattle on incessantly. I pointed out that this was bordering on harassment, given that I've received no fewer than three calls from them this week alone. Rather than listen, she insisted on talking over me, which led me to lose my patience. I ended up telling her quite bluntly to be quiet while I expressed myself. In a huff, she hung up the phone. Quite the charmer, wasn’t she?

Scammers! I've put a block on them.

I had a rather peculiar call from a woman who was rather evasive about her employer, yet claimed to be acting on behalf of Sky, Virgin, and Talktalk. I found it all a bit hard to swallow, so I decided to end the call.

I received a call from some bloke named Roy, claiming to help me save on my internet costs. He blathered on about Virgin, TalkTalk, and Sky – you know, the usual suspects. When I told him I didn’t even have internet and resided in a cave, he promptly hung up on me. What a laugh!

I've just had another call from them regarding their bargain phone and broadband deals. I already made it clear last week that I didn't want to be disturbed. I'm getting rather fed up with their persistence!

I found the whole experience quite amusing rather than nerve-wracking! I pulled a fast one by giving an incorrect name to the caller. He claimed he could help me save some cash on my Virgin and Sky bills. I played along and told him I had both services, then cheekily mentioned that I'm so affluent that saving money isn't really my concern. He was rather apologetic for bothering me, and I’ve since blocked the number. It does make me curious, though—do these salespeople switch their phone numbers often?

Last week, I received a call from this number regarding Talk Talk, and today it was concerning BT and Sky. The caller mentioned that the conversation was being recorded, so I pointed out that I too was recording it. I kindly requested that they refrain from contacting me in the future. Cheers, and goodbye!

I keep getting these bizarre calls about broadband services, and sometimes the phone rings only for silence on the line. Absolute time-wasters, if you ask me.

They had the audacity to inquire about my late father, who passed away nearly four years ago, almost to the date. Absolutely appalling behaviour, and I’ve made sure to block them.

Absolutely infuriating! I just picked up a call from this number, and the chap on the line started chattering on about broadband, casually mentioning, "I take it you’re still with Sky". Well, no, that’s not the case, and it hasn’t been for ages. I politely requested that they refrain from calling me again, but the rude individual decided to ring back straight away and practically yelled at me! I hung up, only for them to attempt yet another call. They’ve been swiftly added to my block list.

I've been receiving calls from this lot, and it's clear they're up to no good! They inquired about a lady who’s never even set foot in my area and then proceeded to pry into my personal details, including my name and provider for TV and internet services. They ring my landline incessantly, and honestly, some of them are quite cheeky about it. Nowadays, I simply tell them to jog on.

These pesky calls have been relentless, ringing me up anywhere from three to six times a day! It's become a bloody nuisance, honestly. For the past twelve months, my mother, who's in her eighties, has been pestered by these individuals ringing her two or three times each week, inquiring for a Mrs Madeley. What a bother! Some bloke rang me claiming to be from TalkTalk, chatting on about checking if I'm on a decent deal since prices are on the rise. Claimed to be Sky. I've now put a stop to their calls, yet they’ve attempted to ring me half a dozen times afterwards. Clearly, they’re sourcing our numbers from some marketing database. They even asked for a made-up name I’d handed out to another individual. Best to avoid this number altogether.
