Got a call from a lot called "Moneysavers" - quite similar to that Martin Lewis site or something. They wanted info about my phone supplier and said they might be able to get me a better deal if I gave them a bit of info. Just another annoying cold call, really.

Over the past week, I’ve had about eight calls from them, with the most recent just last night at 19:13. It’s getting quite annoying, you'd think they’d have something better to keep them busy.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Moneysaver Telecom, going on about how they're cheaper than other providers. I quickly looked them up online while chatting to the person, and honestly, their reviews weren't great at all. I'm signed up with the Telephone Preference Service so these calls shouldn't be happening. I've gone ahead and reported them to TPS now.

Some bloke rang me claiming he was from Money Saver Telecom. He went on and on about some study suggesting folks are getting ripped off on their phone bills. I didn’t bother saying who my current phone company is, so he never really got to the main bit of the call. He said he’d call back when I’m 'ready' to chat. Not holding my breath!

She didn’t realise i’m already a customer, so when i said that she ended the call pretty quick with an apology.
