Received a call from a company called Eco Save, asserting they were the ones supplying my electricity. They were inquiring about the details of my electricity contract.

From what I’ve read, I’m not sure if this number is fake or just some spammy caller. We got a ring and they wanted to chat about our phone and internet deal. The call was a bit off from the start, and you could hear that usual noisy call centre buzz in the background. The bloke just said his name was Rob, never mentioned who he was working for.

i dont think it’s a scam, i’ve been with them for over 5 years now. i actually rang up morgan at ecosave on his direct number recently just to check he’s still managing my energy and utilities. he’s the only contact i really trust for that stuff. top service all round, really. i’d just say forget about the negative reviews and keep doing what you’re doing, brilliant work :)

They claimed to be EcoSave, but I couldn’t find anything about them online. Total scam, just some dodgy electric traders trying to con people.

I had a chat with this bloke named Morgan, really cheerful geezer. Was a bit cautious at first, thought it might be another scam but after checking out the reviews, seemed pretty legit and the call actually made sense. Big thanks to him, hope he climbs up the ladder soon!

Got a call from some admin office, was just checking in on some bills and papers for my shop that's closed. Seemed like a legit company, following up properly.

I got a call from some company called "Eco Save" saying they handle our electricity, but our provider is actually "Power" and we're not tied down by any contract. Total nonsense. These lot are just trying to rip you off by pushing expensive electricity or gas deals. I'd say steer clear, they’re definitely scammers.

They reached out to me after checking my usage to update me on what my bills would be during the lockdown, which honestly I wasn’t aware of. I do recall paying pretty much the same amount despite the salon being closed. Really pleased with their service, and they called me exactly when they said they would. Honestly, best company I've ever had to deal with - definitely done with Unicom for good!

I've had this number call our office phone multiple times today, always wanting to speak to the manager. Then the caller suddenly asks if they're speaking to the manager's wife. When I ask them why they're asking, they just hang up. Happened like three times now and it's really annoying!

Really impressed with how easy they made sorting out my problem with British Gas. Since I’m busy Monday to Friday and hardly ever free during the week, they sent me an authorisation form straight to my email. They even guided me through the whole thing step-by-step, which made it all so straightforward. Definitely good service!

had the misfortune of being with eon before and let me tell ya, they are the worst energy company ive ever used. switched over thanks to these folks and they sorted me out good - actually got some money back which eon totally lied about saying i'd lose if i left. signed the form they sent for permission to check my account details and bam, cash came back in just 3 days. big cheers to morgan for sorting this all out :)
