I received an unexpected phone call from them.

All I heard was a robotic voice telling me to hold on while it tries to link me up, then it started playing some tunes, but nothing else followed.

I've had five calls from this number now. The chap on the line was keen to persuade me to set up a Direct Debit for some washing machine repairs, which I found odd given that it had only just passed its one-year warranty period. He then went on to quiz me about other kitchen gadgets, even offering complimentary servicing for things like my ancient 15-year-old telly! He was incredibly relentless, and I started to feel quite uneasy when he requested my bank sort code followed by my account number. At that point, I decided enough was enough and ceased any further communication. Could someone please look into this? Cheers! - Caller: Kyle?
