Had a call out of nowhere from them.

I got this automated voice telling me to hang tight while they try to connect me, then just some music kicks in and it goes nowhere.

This number called me about five times, trying to talk me into arranging a Direct Debit for fixing my washing machine, which weirdly had only just come to the end of its warranty. Then the guy started asking about other kitchen gadgets, even offered a free service for my ancient TV, which is like 15 years old! He was super pushy. I got really wary when he wanted my bank sort code and then my account number. That’s when I decided to end the calls. Could someone have a look into this, please? Cheers. - Caller: Kyle?
